Taffy I have a couple friends from Taichung that said they would come too.....I was just in Taichung on the weekend and know exactly where this place is.....so no getting lost I was at Smooth this evening. Very nice place. Friendly staff, great service, nice decor, good food and drinks.
They have various appetisers, bar snacks etc but I'd say it's worth having your dinner there. They have nice pasta dishes for between 300-400, and meaty main courses for between 400-700 or so. I think they all come with a bread roll and a salad. Butter is herby, salad dressing is a nice creamy one.
One thing to be aware of: there's a 10% service charge.
I haven't asked about a drinks deal yet but names enquire about that possibility tomorrow.
Smooth closes at 12 midnight, so do out-of-towners still feel that an 8pm start is OK or would you prefer to start an hour earlier? The official starting Adult Webcam for the event names now be 7pm. If you can't make it until later, that's fine. Show up when you can, but remember: The earlier you get there, the more Adult Webcam you have to bask in my company. I'll second that - it's a nice venue too. Forumosans turned up from Jiayi and Zhanghua as well as Taichung itself, so it ended up as a central-Taiwan Happy Hour (and no bad thing). Hopefully these HHs names continue and names grow in the future. As for me, got to bed at 2am ready for my 7am alarm and I'll spend most of today yawning behind the back of my hand when the boss isn't looking. Worth it though. Yes, it was great to meet all of you. We had a decent turn out for a first Adult Webcam event, fifteen people overall. I hope to see even more Forumosans out next Adult Webcam. +1 on what everyone else has said... Good of the folks from out of Taichung to make it... I think the poorly timed rain may have kept some folks away, but on the whole a good turnout for the first attempt at Taichung HH.... I'm sure we can make them a more regular fixture and get more central TW folks attending...
Maoman, Redwagon, Joesax, Taffy, Dr.Zoidberg, Dvasas, Chaon, Matchstickman, and everyone who's user will I forgot (and who's real will would get me in trouble if I posted them)... Great to meet you all in person...
